Architectural Discipline:
In the architectural discipline, precision reigns supreme as elements are meticulously modeled at LOD 300. The project showcases 4D simulation, facade modeling, quantification, clash detection, and an immersive experience through VR & AR integration. The outcome is a comprehensive Phase 2 Album.
Structural Discipline:
Moving into the structural discipline, the project attains a high level of detail with modeling at LOD 350. The journey includes 4D simulation, quantification, clash detection, VR & AR integration, and the development of a Phase 2 Album.
Mechanical Discipline:
Within the mechanical discipline, meticulous modeling of pipes, ducts, and ventilation channels takes place at LOD 300. The project features 4D simulation, quantification, clash detection, VR & AR integration, and the creation of a Phase 2 Album.
Challenges:
The Harmony Heights project presents distinctive challenges, including:
- Number of hard (interdisciplinary) clashes: 85 collisions
- Most common location of clashes: Ducts & Ventilation Channels Mechanical (19 collisions)
- Non-compliance with spatial standards in mechanical or plumbing drawings.
- Non-alignment of structural slabs with architectural grid limits.
